RESERVATIONS

 

Our guestrooms offer private bath, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning, twin-line telephone with voicemail & dataport, cable color TV/VCR, wet bar with sink and refrigerator and luxury bath amenities including robes and hairdryer. Many guestrooms feature deluxe showers, whirlpool baths and fireplaces (except June 15 to Sept. 15). Sixteen rooms have waterfront balconies overlooking the harbor. Daily housekeeping and a expanded complimentary continental breakfast buffet is served each morning. All guestrooms and common areas are smoke-free, however smoking is permitted on balconies adjoining the room or outdoor areas.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights; a minimum stay may be required. Holidays and special events may have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements.

Reservations

MINIMUM STAYS Are required in high season, holidays and special events. Please call us for further information at 800.858.2657.

SPECIAL RATES: Are available for commitment ceremonies, weddings and corporate events.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS: Other than holidays and high season, a two night minimum is always required for all advanced reservations except those made on the same day. The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay not including tax (minimum one day) except as may be required for Holidays and Special Events. Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa and Master Card are all accepted. We do not honor the American Express Card. Personal check are accepted and requested for all reservations made more than two (2) months in advance. Personal checks are only accepted for advanced deposits or full pre-payment. Payment balance is due upon arrival. All deposits and payments are due in US Funds only. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.

CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES: We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows with no exceptions:

Your deposit is refundable up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less less 10% of your deposit or $25 dollars, whichever is greater. Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing trip insurance.
